Our basil essential oil originates from India and is extracted by steam distillation of the flowering tops of the plant. Basil essential oil is refreshing and uplifting. It is warming and good for everyday muscle aches and also works well as an insect repellent.

Baths: 4-8 drops of oil should be blended in a teaspoon of carrier oil and added to the bath
