Instructions for use:

1.) Wash hands with soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly.

2.) Select fingertip site, slightly off-centre.

3.) Remove protective lancet cover.

4.) Insert lancet into lancing device. proceed to puncture skin.

5.) Apply drop of blood to test strip, wipe excess from finger.

6.) Recap lancet, discard in appropriate container. Do not use if safety seal has been broken.
