Tips For Establishing A Consistent Bedtime
Your body’s internal clock thrives on routine, much like a well-oiled machine. To boost your chances of conception, try dimming your lights an hour before bed and switching off electronic devices – their blue light can wreak havoc with your sleep patterns. A warm bath works wonders, sending your body temperature soaring before it naturally drops, signalling it’s time for sleep. You’ll find that sticking to these habits, even at weekends, helps regulate your circadian rhythm. Think of it as training your body’s internal orchestra to play in perfect harmony.
